Splash Restaurant Bar Functions is the new restaurant by Peter & Karen and their daughter Tazmin. Together the have owned and operated many bistro’s and catering businesses in Sydney and the Central Coast region. As a family run business they are passionate about promoting local produce and restaurants as well as keeping up with new and exciting trends within the hospitality industry.
Together they have built a passionate team of professionals at Splash with Head Chef Glen and Sous Chef Bradley heading up the kitchen team and Natalie Whineray managing functions, weddings and events. Tazmin manages the restaurant team and loves to offer customers new and upcoming dishes as well as offering a range of boutique wines.
Natalie Whineray has recently joined our team as our Function Manager and has over 20 year’s experience in the hospitality and event management industry in New Zealand, Sydney and the Central Coast. Natalie’s background is managing large multi venue event facilities and restaurants, has owned her own business as a Restaurant Consultant and will offer you professional friendly assistance in organising your event.
